Sunbow sells all products manufactured by these two own factories and also do trading business.
Ningbo New Zhenzhou Precision Casting Co.,Ltd was found in 1997 and located in Hengxi Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. New Zhenzhou is specialized in manufacturing a variety of investment castings for marine and engineering machinery, automobiles, and trains.
New Zhenzhou occupies an area of 35,000 square meters with 30,000 square meters construction. We also have a highly qualified team of more than 500 staff. Our production, measuring and testing facilities and instruments are fully maturity and advanced. At present, we have 15 sets of 250kgs middle-frequency-induction smelters with an annual production capacity of 15,000 metric tons. We also own spectrometer, universal tensile tester, hardness tester and metallurgical microscope.
More than 90% our products are sold to the USA, UK, Australia, Spain and Taiwan Area. We have built up a long-term cooperation and fellowship with SAL-UK Company, VOLVO Company, etc. We welcome interested companies worldwide to contact us for further cooperation.
Ningbo SBJ Aluminum Manufacture Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of aluminum alloy wheels for motorcycle. The company occupies the area of 25000 square meters, and the buildings cover 12000 square meters. We own more than 300 employees specializing in aluminum alloy wheels. We equipped all related testing machines in our laboratory to make sure our quality, and we always strictly monitor each manufacturing process under our certified ISO 9001:2002 and ISO 16949:2006 system.
